"Fish & Chips as they should be"

I was part of an ambulance crew visiting Cheltenham A&E and called in for fish & chips. The batter was perfect; thin, crisp and light. The chips were freshly cooked, firm and golden. All in all a delightful meal and friendly staff too. We call in to Cheltenham hospital a lot these days so I expect my colleagues will be calling into The Rainbow. .
